Every report separates visible facts from professional judgment. You get a useful site record without asking drone imagery to answer questions it cannot.

What you'll get

The flight date and a clear record of what the camera could see.
Every potential concern checked by a person before it appears in your report.
A side-by-side comparison with the last flight from the same viewpoints.
GPS coordinates for each flagged item, so your team can find it on the ground.
A plain-language note explaining what the report does and does not establish.

What you won't get

Percent complete, quantities, elevations, volumes, or contours unless a Florida surveyor or engineer takes responsible control of the work.
Decisions about structural adequacy, repairs, or code compliance. Those stay with your licensed professional.
Insurance forms, roof certifications, or claim opinions.
Thermal or multispectral results. Our current aircraft use visible-light cameras only.
Analysis of people, faces, license plates, interiors, or balcony contents.

The first flight is a paid baseline. You can judge the report before committing to a longer program, and every later flight has a clear starting point.
03Return on schedule
We revisit the same route and viewpoints weekly, every other week, monthly, or around the milestones that matter to you.
04Review what changed
A person checks every flagged item before delivery. Your report leads with what changed and clearly states what the imagery can and cannot tell you.
