We collect the information needed to sign you in, arrange flights, deliver results, and run your account. This page explains what that includes and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, used for passwordless sign-in and account communication.
- Account identifiers we create to run your account.
- Job and site information you provide: addresses, site notes, and contact details for the work you request or fly.
- Operational data the service generates around your jobs: flight plans, job status, and deliverables.
We do not use advertising trackers. We do not use analytics SDKs that profile you. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
We use your information to match requests with pilots, plan flights, deliver results, and handle billing. We also send necessary email, such as sign-in codes and job updates. We do not use it for advertising.
Where your data lives
drnz runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito, and your account and job data are hosted and stored in AWS cloud infrastructure.
Sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers that run the platform (such as AWS for hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to operate the service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We never share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. Delete your account or correct your details from Settings, or email support@drnz.ai and we’ll confirm by email before making any change. We’ll remove your personal identifiers. Any operational records we must keep, such as completed job history, are anonymized.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be called out by email.
