What stood out

  • Pond 3, main basin. Dense emergent growth covers nearly the whole basin, in mixed green and dried-brown stands. Little to no open water is visible. In the May record the basin had open water with a littoral edge.
  • Pond 3, northeast outfall. The structure visible in May is obscured by growth in this capture. Its condition cannot be read from the air.
  • Pond 2. Open water and shoreline band consistent with May. No flagged items.

Worth a closer look

  • Pond 3 vegetation. The association's pond contractor or engineer should assess conveyance and whether treatment or harvesting is due. This report establishes only what was visible on 14 August and how it compares with the May capture from the same viewpoint.
